Social Media Competitions

I. Organizer

The organizer of this competition is MT.DERM GmbH.

The contest on MT.DERM's social media channels is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook.


 

II. scope of application

These conditions of participation apply to all MT.DERM competitions on the social media channels of Facebook and Instagram, if necessary in addition to special conditions of participation.


 

III. participation

1. natural persons, regardless of their place of residence, who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. The employees of MT.DERM GmbH and their relatives as well as all other persons connected with the company are excluded from participation.

2. each person can only participate once.

3. if the participation requires the sending of materials or files, the participants must be the sole owners and holders of all rights of use. By sending the material, MT.DERM GmbH is granted the necessary rights of use of the material sent for the purposes communicated for the competition, unless the participant declares his objection in writing by sending the material.


 

IV. Duration of the competition, deadline

1. the competition is limited in time. The competition will announce the start and the closing date or deadline for entries.

2. participation is free of charge and in no way dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of a service. Use of the game is at your own risk.


 

V. Determination of the winners

the winners will be determined after the closing date for entries in the course of a jury evaluation among all participants. The selection decision is binding. Legal action is excluded.


 

VI. profit notification and acceptance of profits

1. all winners will be notified via private message. MT.DERM GmbH reserves the right to publicly announce the names of the winners via Instagram comment. The participants agree to this.

2. each winner so notified must confirm acceptance of the prize within one week after sending the notification by sending the address data.

3. if MT.DERM does not receive such a notification within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize will expire and another participant can be identified and notified as the winner.

4. in each case the prizes mentioned in the contest will be raffled off. If a prize is no longer available for any reason, MT.DERM reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.

5. the prize is always exclusively in the scope specified by MT.DERM in the postal competition.

6. prizes will be sent to the winners free of charge within two weeks after the acceptance of the competition. If a prize cannot be delivered for reasons for which MT.DERM is not responsible, the claim to the prize is forfeited.

7. a cash payment of the prize value or discount value and an exchange of the prize are excluded. The prize is not transferable.


 

VIII. Premature termination, exclusion

1. MT.DERM GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such a case the participants are not entitled to any claims against MT.DERM GmbH.

2. MT.DERM GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the competition. This applies in case of violation of the conditions of participation or if participants use manipulation or other dishonest means.

3. The user is entitled to revoke his declaration of intent to conclude a contract and participate in the competition within two weeks. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the declaration of revocation shall be enough to meet the deadline. IX. Privacy policy

In order to make it possible to carry out a competition, MT.DERM GmbH must collect personal data from the participants, such as name, address and e-mail address. Personal data will only be collected, stored, processed and used by MT.DERM as well as any cooperation partners involved for the execution and handling of the respective competition.

Upon request, MT.DERM will provide each participant with information free of charge about all personal data stored by him/her and will immediately destroy such data free of charge upon request. For this purpose we ask you to fill in the contact form on our amiea website.

 

X. Severability Clause

Should a provision of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by the respective legal regulations.
